Refund & Returns Policy

Please note that we do not provide refunds or accept returns for change of mind.

If there is a technical problem with your purchase though, we will make sure you’re looked after quickly. As long as we can confirm that the fault was not due to misuse of the item we will offer either a refund or replacement (depending on the nature of the fault) as well as cover shipping costs.

Please ensure item is tested upon receipt as this is only valid for 30 days. Beyond that please contact us to discuss any issues, as you will likely still have a warranty separate to this policy.
